The Joan Jett show last night was Amazing- as expected.
Christina and I went and Rocked OUT with Joan, who was in her trademark leather attire (ass crack showing as well), sweating away.

After the show, Christina and I waited around for her to come out, say hello to her adoring fans. When we approached her, I shook her hand and gave her my ticket to sign- as I had noticed she was signing with her left hand, I asked her about it, (as she plays guitar as a right handed person would) - she said when she first started playing- she tried it with her left hand- and that it was all backwards felling- so she turned it around- and it felt better-she said she has more power to play with her right hand -(then she strumed her invisible guitar and made loud guitar noise - just like she did in the film Light of Day!) and that she plays the right way- and that everyone else is wrong. It was kinda cute- cause she was all excited. I think she could have kept right on talking. I told her that I'd been listining to her since I was 9 years old- and I thanked her for all she had done for Women in Music.
After talking for a few minutes, we were getting our photo's taken-I grabbed onto one side of Joan, while Christina grabbed onto the other- the girl taking our photo's couldn't get us all in- so we kept getting closer- all our heads knocking together - the girl said for us to get closer and I looked at us all sqooshed together and said how can we get closer? To which Joan replied- "you can put your hand down my pants". - quite witty, which makes me respect her even more.
Christina and I both noticed that her zipper was down (which may have been intentional for some reason...? but if not..) - how does one tell the Riot Girl of Rock that her zipper is down?

It was a great show- and I am excited for the next.
