Today is my birthday. I thank everyone for the kind wishes and love they send, and I thank my girlfriend for not only the love well wishes, hugs, kisses and support, but the seriously beautiful flowers she sent. This morning she gave me many wake-up kisses to start my day- and I think they worked for it was a nice sunny day in 3 months filled with rain. As I left her apartment this morning, a woman turned the corner and began walking down the sidewalk in my direction- as soon as she saw me she pointed to the sky and said- "look at that rainbow!" Today has been a good day.
