This weekend my band recorded a few songs in the studio. On Saturday I laid down the drum tracks for the songs, and as it can be a long task, we worked from 12pm until 7pm- without taking a lunch break in the hot, hot, hot studio room. I was feeling a bit lightheaded but was drinking a ton of water and thought it was no big deal and I would just eat something later and be fine...until we were on our way home- then my head started pounding, I felt dizzy and I threw up. I went to my girls house, laid down and tried to intake food, which I couldn't keep down. After throwing up 2 times (again, sorry about the mess!), I began to throw up the water I was drinking to rehydrate myself. She took care of me and went to the store to get me some Pediolite. I was so afraid...my head was spinnining, my heart was racing and I didn't want to go to the hospital... thankfully, I was able to keep down the medicine and get a little sleep. I hope I never feel like that again! What an awful drumming experience...but I think the ep will turn out well.
